Swedish female postrock quartet Audrey have signed with Stereo Test Kit Records in the UK and will have their debut EP released over there on May 9. They'll also be heading over next week for their first live gigs on British soil. Dates:

Audrey has confirmed that they will be working with producer Paul Bothén for their upcoming debut full-length on Tenderversion Recordings. Paul's previous work includes the classics "Northern Blues" from Kristofer Åström and "Moby Dick" from Bear Quartet, so expectations are set high. Recording is set to start in June, but before that they'll do a few dates in Sweden:

The track features guest vocals from Emelie Molin of the very excellent post-rock act Audrey and was recorded live in Martin's bedroom. In other news, Boy Omega's new album "The Black Tango" which Martin describes as being darker and more electronic than his debut, is due out later this year.

They'll be playing a record release party for their new EP at Bommens Salonger in Göteborg on Friday along with Boy Omega who are celebrating the release of their debut album.
