MP3: Ljudbilden & Piloten - Wedding

If you haven't seen the video for Ljudbilden & Piloten's "Wedding" yet, do it now. Don't worry, I'll wait for you. Now tell me, is that not the perfect marriage of music and image? (no pun intended) I don't think I will ever hear this song again without thinking of those women smiling and laughing. It's such a warm, beautiful experience, so soothing and joyous. Near perfect, even.
If you enjoyed the blissed out drone of Tobias Hellkvist as I have posted before, you will love this. If you appreciate the wordless vocals of I'm From Barcelona then yes, you'll probably like this too. If you love life, this is for you.

Ljudbilden & Piloten - Wedding

Check out a video from the new Ljudbilden & Piloten album "One hundred fifty-five": http://www.nosordo.com/r4.htm
My understanding is that Kristofer Ström, the gentleman behind the band, will be creating a new video for each on the track on the record, giving it a full visual counterpart beyond the various abstract collages included in the digipack. I'll definitely be talking more about this album in the future, so consider this very recommended. The music and the imagery are perfectly matched.

Ljudbilden & Piloten will be producing video clips for every single track off their new album "One hundred fifty-five", due out January 2 via AA/Nosordo, and kicking things off is "N. Vaerlinge" from directors Andy & Tommy: http://www.andytommy.com/clip.htm

Nosordo will start previewing the new Ljudbilden & Piloten album by posting video clips next week: http://www.nosordo.com/

Familjen is now signed to both Adrian Recordings and Hybris and their first collaborative release is the digital single "Hög luft". Check out the free download right here: http://www.detsnurrariminskalle.com/
The artwork and video are by Kristofer Ström of Ljudbilden & Piloten (see another example of his work in my most recent video mix) and the design is by Hybris. Look for the debut album around February/March and don't forget to search for the seven hidden remixes.

Video mix: Minilogue, I'm From Barcelona, Breach, Nicolai Dunger, Anja Garbarek, more...

After working together on various projects for years, Aa and Nosordo have officially joined forces as a single label. Read about upcoming releases from Det Gamla Landet, Ljudbilden & Piloten and more: http://www.nosordo.com/

Nosordo has just released a super limited 3" CD from Ljudsky, a live collaboration between experimental artists Ljudbilden & Piloten and Gregg Kowalsky recorded at a show they did together in Malmö. Ordering info here: http://www.nosordo.com/

Tsukimono, the solo project of Johan Gustavsson from Scraps of Tape, will have his "What note, who's note" EP reissed on Ukraine label Arterija as part of their colour series. The disc was originally released as a limited CDR on HEYYOUFUCKINGMAN! and this new version of the disc will feature all new artwork and an additional bonus track called "Svartare av kärlek". In other news, Johan's other project Conduo Orchestra (feat. Kristofer from Ljudbilden & Piloten) will contribute the track "Cicada" to a book/compilation entitled "Hockey rawk" being curated by Swedish artists Peter Larsson and Lars Nilsson. Other artists on the comp will include Testbild!, Vldgmn, Bare Knees, Nim, Cake On Cake and more.

Nosordo will be releasing a split 7" featuring Kama Aina and Ljudbilden & Piloten this coming April. Limited to 300 copies, on white vinyl with thick, heavy packaging. More details to come.
