10000 Records attempts new business ideal
is the name of a new Danish label founded by Noah Rosanes of The Freudian Slip with the concept that no album they release will cost more than 10k Danish kroner (~$2000/1350€) and the funds for each subsequent release will be raised by auctioning off an exclusive track for that starting price. Naturally, the label's first release will be from the founder's own act, The Freudian Slip. Their album "Positive/negative" comes out February 22.
