The excellent Swedish "post avant garde pop" label Beläten, run by Thomas Ekelund of Trepaneringsritualen/Soma Sema, has a nice new website where you can stream/purchase all of their releases thus far: http://www.belaten.se/
Always nice to see a well-made website with multimedia content that doesn't necessarily rely on Flash.

Swedish apocalyptic/avantgarde art/music label Beläten is putting out a new cassette compilation curated by synth duo Soma Sema featuring 50 minutes of "cold synthetic pop, troubled industrial funk and dada rants" including new and exclusive tracks from artists such as Blitzkrieg Baby, Television Set, Nimam Spregleda, Makina Girgir, Kord, Lust for Youth and more. Look for a full-length preview this Friday with orders being taken Monday, June 4. And since I've already been privy to hearing the entire thing, I can say with authority that it's well worth checking out.
