"Musiken från framtiden", the new future music compilation put together by Håkan Lidbo and the folks at P2 Ström, will be officially released on June 2 and you can now read about the various artists' individual thoughts behind each and every track over at Håkan's website: https://hakanlidbo.com/archives/1272

I received a preview download with most of the collection earlier this week and, like all of Ström's previous comps ("Musiken vi hatar", "Musik för främmande civilisationer", "Ny musik för landssorg"), the results are very interesting and worth checking out.
In case you overlooked it when I first posted about it (though admittedly, not so directly), Sad Day for Puppets are giving away the new track "Monster & the beast" as a free download: https://saddayforpuppets.bandcamp.com/
The band's new album "Pale silver & shiny gold" will be released on September 1 via /.
Norwegian act Kvelertak has a new video for the song "Mjød": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-__g2_uMUd8

Fenriz of Darkthrone has put together yet another mix for Vice, 'cept this time he's got some help from Sindre Solem of mighty Norwegian death metal act Obliteration: https://afistinthefaceofgod.blogspot.com/2010/05/trapped-under-vice-vol.html
Not a lot of Scandinavian selections this time (actually, just one), but don't sweat it -- every mix that's been posted so far has been a winner.
