Ef is getting Magnus Lindberg (Tonteknik Studios/Cult of Luna) to remix and remaster their debut album "Give me beauty... or give me death!" for a vinyl rerelease. They'll also be tacking a previously unreleased track from 2006 onto the album called "Misinform the uninformed" that they never finished but recently remedied by added extra adornment. German label will be handling the pressing and it will be 2xLP with heavy silkscreened sleeves in a limited edition of 600 copies with the first 100 being extra special for preorder customers. Champagne Riot will be releasing a double a-side single via UK label on September 27, or at least so says Off the Radar. The featured tracks will be "Heart stab" (see the aforementioned link for a d/l) and "A friend of a friend" and no, I'm not sure if XXX Records is the legit name or just a placeholder, but it's certainly the least original name I've heard in ages if it is indeed a new English label.
Sweden-focused experimental label is relaunching as with a series of white label 12"s focusing on "interesting and exploratory sounds from Sweden and somehow-related lands from this fair planet." The excellent Swedish industrial act Agent Side Grinder will be releasing a 2-track 7" in September via US label . Both songs will have been previously released on the "Irish recording tape" album, but have been re-recorded live "in a true back-to-basics punkrock style." Also look for a similarly produced live cassette + LP to follow from the label later on.
