Swedish singer/songwriter Thomas Denver Jonsson reports that his upcoming album has been pushed back until September due to all his upcoming touring committments. Look for preview samples to go online soon.

Thomas Denver Jonsson has pushed back the release of his second, as-yet-untitled full-length album to September due to recent touring committments occupying all his time.

Swedish singer/songwriter Thomas Denver Jonsson has added a second performance to his SXSW itinerary. He will now play a set at the Trade Show in the Convention Centre on March 17 at 4:30pm along with his previously scheduled gig at The Drink on March 18.

Thomas Denver Jonsson has two songs that appear on the new DVD "Bringing American Roots Music Back Home" from Music Matters. The footage was filmed live at the Take Root Festival in Holland back in October 2004 and also features appearances by Giant Sand, The Sadies, Dawn Kinnard and The Cowboy Junkies. Singer/songwriter Thomas Denver Jonsson has been selected as one of Sweden's delegates coming over to the US in March for SXSW.

Thomas Denver Jonsson has started working with producer Carl Edlom and backing band September Sunrise to record his second full-length album. A tentative release date has been set for spring 2005.

Kite Recordings will release the new "First In Line EP" from Thomas Denver Jonsson in the UK on September 20. The EP features two new exclusive tracks and a live duet with fellow singer/songwriter Rosie Thomas.

I don't know how exactly I got roped into this, but I'm the media sponsor for a Sunday afternoon club event in Stockholm called 'For the Record' at the downstairs lounge in Café String. Obviously, I don't get a chance to attend in person, but there's quite a cool lineup of artists booked:
