Tragic news: drummer Anders Askildsen Eikås of rising Norwegian punk/rock act Honningbarna was killed in a car accident last night. He was 20 years old.
has added Swedish crustpunks Martyrdöd to their roster and will be releasing their upcoming Studio Fredman-recorded album "Paranoia" this coming spring/summer.
Swedish punk/hardcore webmag Lukinzine put together a cassette comp of Swedish punk to send to the 64 Indonesian punks that were arrested for being themselves and are now streaming the whole damn thing via Bandcamp. Not officially sanctioned or anything, but if you want a quick sampling of many of the scene's best bands right now, you should check it out.

New postpunk/hardcore from Pig Eyes, a new act featuring current and ex-members from bands such as Nitad, In Solitude, Trapdoor Fucking Exit and Kvoteringen. Look for a 12" EP to be released via later this year.
