According to an interview with Mikael Sörling, the record is geared to be gym music. And judging by the mosh riffs on said track, I think they got it.

Penny Century wrapping up new album, touring the UK
Penny Century, one of my favorite Swedish indiepop acts, reports that their new album is almost done and is tentatively set for a late summer release with a single on the way shortly.
